No, just open box, take out, it is folded. Unfold and it's ready to use.

The wagon is already assembled, but is folded up (accordion-style) for compact storage in its own case. To "assemble": 1) extend the metal brackets, 2) push down the center tab to lock, 3) place the plates (contained in the case) on the base, and 4) squeeze the tab on the handle to extend the length. It actually takes longer to explain than to put it together. It's that easy!

The only assembly required is placing the folded "floor" inside the wagon once you've opened it.

Yes, there is a foldable bottom that you place in the basket of the wagon when carrying a load. To collapse, remove the foldable bottom and pull the loop located in the center of the basket. There is a carrying case that goes around the top part of the basket when collapsed (the wheels are exposed) that holds it all together, and a pocket on the outside of the carrying case to hold the foldable bottom.

Yes. You remove the floor insert and pull the center handle inside the wagon. Very easy.

There is a hard plastic center pull. it does close / open easily and there is an attached velcro strap that wraps around it to hold it shut.

Yes it is very easy too and fits nicely back into it's carrying case. Very convenient.

Yes, there is a nylon loop in the bottom of the wagon. Take out the folding "floor" and then just pull the loop and it folds right up similar to the way folding chairs fold up. I do it by myself with no problem. Then I just grab the sides and squeeze it together the rest of the way. There is a nylon strap that goes around it to cinch it up smaller and hold it together. You can then put the storage cover over it or just store it "as is".

What is the procedure for folding this item? Is there a "center pull" inside the basket?

it is cloth then there is a foldable piece that goes on the bottom that is cloth around what feels to be heavy cardboard to hold weight

The material is the same inside and out. It seems to be washable and is velcroed on the frame for easy cleaning.

There is a fabric covered board that goes in the bottom. It makes it very sturdy

It is a canvas material similar to the folding camp chairs, it has a fold up floor that is probably just cardboard in the canvas but seems durable

The material inside the wagon is the same as the outside. I think it is the same material that the collapsible folding camping chairs are made of. Sort of like a canvas.
