So far I love my slim .. I was soooo hesitant to buy from this seller …  because I didn't want a book or a pan to be what i saw when I opened my package but when I tell you I was scared because it took 3 days for my delivery to update.. all I could do was think about ALL the bad reviews. My package was delivered in 5 days. It was packaged in a box so no one knew what was being delivered. It was exactly what was described a ps5 slim with a digital copy of mw3. It was the full game. very happy with my purchase

I was afraid of the reviews people left where they received books or pans in their box or that their bow was opened but I got mine in perfect condition with nothing missing and everything has been working amazingly so far!!!

After reading reviews and someone said they had books in their box and not the PS5, I decided to record myself getting the package and opening it just in case I needed proof. The seal was already opened but everything was in there. If I did have a problem I knew they wouldn't take it back because of that. I've worked retail and have seen this happen too many times.

Playstation 5 review

Ordered this bundle and an extra controller, plus protection plan for my daughter. Get text about delivered items to her. She opens the pkg. supposedly containing bundle. She happily tells me "thanks mom for ordering me a pan." What!!  I did not order her a pan!!
I'm spending hours trying to get customer service to refund me or send me correct items to no luck. I have my bank investigating fraud payment but I know they'll find in favor of Walmart. 
If all else fails I'm considering small claims or suing Walmart.

Someone needs to be fired!

Whoever shipped the item opened the Ps5 box first before they put it in inside the shipping box. Sticker on ps5 box already ripped when I opened it. Very disappointed. Worked very hard to buy new Ps5 console but ended up with opened console box. It looks like I was given an opened box, instead of new.  And all the corners of the box both shipping and console are dented.

Why do you need to open the console box?

Got the the ps5 i so excited to finally play and when I went to set everything up I couldn't because the hdmi port was broken it pushed in when I open the box

I ordered this PS5 bundle as a gift, through pick up to ensure I have it for the holiday, and no risk of damage or loss in the mail. It allowed me to do, showed in stock, then the following day it says it's unavailable and HAS to be delivered instead. I reluctantly agreed because I didn't really seem to have an option. Not once did they ask to add a signature, or give further instructions. Come today, Sunday 11/19 the said they attempted to deliver around noon. I was not home so it said they'd try again or deliver to a nearby store. So I contact an agent to see about picking it up from a nearby location, and the only option she gave me was for them to reattempt a delivery within 2 hours. I made sure that I'd be home so I wouldn't miss it and I was here until at least 5:30 and never received anything. Then I leave for an event and receive a text around 6:02 saying it was delivered with a picture showing it was left on the doorstep, of my apartment complex versus the mailroom that has secured lockers! So I rush home from my event, early, so I could try to retrieve the package safely. When I get home, it is gone. So I reach out to a chat agent again who proceeds to tell me they cannot help me per policy and that I can file a chargeback with my financial institution. Not a replacement, not a reruns from wal mart. They tell me I can call to speak to someone higher up who can assist me. They proceed to tell me there's nothing they can do, completely disregarding everything else I've said. If I reach out to my financial institution, I run the risk of not getting a refund or the item I paid for. Even though they didn't go about this properly throughout the whole transaction. This is ridiculous.

Unprofessional.

Hello. I just opened the Walmart bag that the PlayStation was in. The main PlayStation box however seems like it was already open. The tape on the PlayStation box was already cut. This is a bit concerning to me. I paid full price for a brand new PlayStation….not a returned or refurbished system. Please reach back out to me as soon as possible. Thanks.

The sticker on the PS5 box was already open.

My package came unsealed and everything in my box was gone only styrofoam was left. Walmart customer support isn't helping in no way was told I would receive a replacement but when I called back I was told I can't do anything but dispute with no replacement even as an option. Please do not buy any PlayStation product from this store unless you can pick it up yourself to see the condition before hand.
