No they do not tie down. However, they fit in there pretty snug so there is not a lot of movement.

No, nothing ties down. The back cushions sit snuggly atop the seat cushions, and are secure and of decent weight. Other than for hurricane/tornado winds, the cushions should stay in place.

No they do not have tie-downs - we bought plastic covers for the furniture during bad weather to keep them looking new and make sure the cushions do not blow off during high winds.

The cushions that come with the set are not tie-down style

Swivel only. The do Rock a bit, but not like a real rocker.

They rock a little, but not like an actual rocking chair.

Yes the color is the same as the picture. Very bright. Mine will be in the shade so hopefully it won&#39;t fade over time.

yes, they swivel and rock a little. It&#39;s not a huge rock but enough for a small rock.

There are one page instructions included. There are also instructions online even with a video if needed.

Sometimes the holes don&#39;t line up exactly. With a little pushing and holding in place to line up the holes to get the screws started, then you still have to have someone hold it in place to tighten the screws. Once in they won&#39;t come out!

I think you can buy the glider separately.
