I would recommend to anyone looking for a sleek, portable laptop that can last a long time for basic functions (not gaming, photo editing, video editing). I would also say to purchase only if price is below MSRP ($999). I was able to get this laptop for around $600 and I've seen it as low as $400 on some websites. There are other laptops that can do more for the MSRP so stay away if it's even close. (Perspective: For the same MSRP I was able to purchase this laptop and a galaxy Watch 3; Both are new).
Cons: Charging without the supplied adapter is very slow. If you have specialized software then you may have issues using the standard download features. Most applications can be found in the windows store… Unless it’s proprietary. This definitely forced me on a few occasions to find another device/way of getting more complex tasks done. This is because it uses the ARM systems.
Wrap up: If you need an ultra portable laptop than this is a great option! No back pain with this and I got a refurbished model. The first one sent to me was a lemon but, Amazon made it right. Don’t expect this machine to do crazy computing power. For a sub $1,000 laptop you really will be impressed. Have owned this for over a year now.
pro:
- super great display
- super thin
- super light weight
- touch screen
- camera on this laptop is ok, not so nice
cons:
- realy bad keyboard not good for typing, not satisfied.
- the back light of keyboard is realy bad, can not tell when day light
- the back light turn off when you not typing in 2s
- battery i think last 4-5 hour
- sound is terrible, you have to turn half bar to hear, and full is still not that lough
- Not too powerful and fast, I often lag and load slowly when opening the web or searching. can move between tabs. (not because my network is slow)
- watch youtube in 2k is a bit lag
- trackpad on this laptop is extremely annoying, because it's insensitive, it won't move the mouse if you lightly touch the trackpad or move it lightly.
- the touch screen sometimes doesn't work, i still don't know why (maybe i touch the button) sometimes i see the touch screen unresponsive

I absolutely love that the computer has no fan, so using it in bed or with covers is not going to smother it an cause issues.
My two issues were this: the right USB port didn't work right out of the box, so I immediately had to ship it to New Jersey to be repaired.
The other issue is that I can't use the built-in speakers at any setting under 20%, which is the volume I usually listen at when I am in my relatively quiet house.....the only time you would actually use these instead of headphones. They make this really annoying popping sound constantly.

La recomiendo ampliamente.
As noted - my use case is travel / every day carry. Which is why low weight is so important. This weighs less than 950 g / 2 lb. It's among the lightest Windows laptops on sale in 2021. Compare this to the 2021 M1 MacBook Air 1.29 kg (2.8 pounds).
The 5 core ( Core i5-L16G7 ) CPU is good enough. With one fast core and 4 low power cores it does the job for tasks like spreadsheets, chrome / edge web-browsing, email (MS Office suite), Netflix/YouTube etc - All while giving somewhere around 10 hours real-world battery life - excellent for a Windows Laptop in 2021.
As its powered by a USB-C port you can connect to either side which is convenient. You can also power this from any power-bank that can deliver 15W or more via USB-C. Handy if you plan to be away from an outlet for a few days while travelling.
The touch-screen is responsive particularly handy for browsing the web for scrolling pages and tapping links. The trackpad uses precision Microsoft drivers, is accurate, has a physical left/right click and supports all the gestures you would expect. Although get yourself a Bluetooth Mouse. No trackpad (Windows or macOS) beats a mouse for utility, precision and speed. I also bought a Logitech Pebble mice - https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Pebble-M350-Wireless-Mouse/dp/B084SX7HKB - since they are quiet (good when working in public spaces) and low-profile so slip in a bag.
NICETIES & SURPRISES
* There are USB-C to A and HDMI dongles in the box. Connect to standard USB A devices and Monitors.
* There is a Micro SD card slot on the bottom of the unit. It's a little fiddly to use compared to an exposed slot. I added a 128 GB card to put large files on. Takes up to 1 TB
* The screen is excellent, deep colors clear (1080 p is more than enough resolution for this size screen)
* The audio is some of the best I have heard from a netbook, you won't be disappointed. Headphone audio quality is similarly great.
* The charger is a 25W Samsung Quick Charge phone model. What a delight to carry. Not that you need it if you plan to be away from the power for less than 10 hours.
NEGATIVES
* Keyboard backlighting is weak and badly calibrated. This is also apparent from may online professional reviews. HOWEVER you can do something about it. The backlit keyboard is being set by the BIOS to stay too dim. It doesn't come on to full brightness unless you are in the pitch dark. The light sensor is on the bottom right hand side under the screen on the bezel. A small piece of black electrical tape will cover the sensor (look closely at my photos and you can see where I put this) and then you can set the brightness to 100% from the function key. This pretty much fixes it. But they really need to address this with a system update.
* Only has 2x USB C ports. Although they do provide you with some dongles.
* Windows Hello - Only has fingerprint login, no video camera. If you have 'working hands' or dry skin fingerprint sensors can be hit and miss. It's OK but I often end up using the PIN method Microsoft keeps forcing on everyone these days.
EDIT 2 MONTHS LATER
Still love this laptop.
EDIT 3 2 YEARS LATER
Both laptops still going strong. Really sad when I need to replace these. The later models have gotten heavier and thicker.
