Many complaints about this set stem from the surround speakers which can be turned up through the settings. Second if what you're warding isn't in surround sound and the speakers aren't set to the surround setting you won't get the sound you're looking for. I'm absolutely loving the system, easy set up, turns on by itself even the tv is on and no more switching inputs for each device I'm using. One last thing about the surround speakers, they are loud enough that my dog keeps getting fooled by them! :)

When I got this, I found that whoever packaged this used old Samsung Blu-Ray player cardboard boxes as packaging material, and everything was just thrown lose into the box. Where most of the packing material was damaged, the soundbar works just fine. However, there was no manual packed with it, I managed to download a copy of a similar soundbar (HW-K450) and that gave me the information to get it working correctly.

Bought the Samsung surround sound refurbished. The packaging wasn't the greatest but the unit itself looked pretty good. Small signs of use as stated. The unit works great. My only complaint is that the rear speakers are super quiet and the Bluetooth seems to disconnect/reconnect sometimes in a second. Maybe it's just that I have not figured everything out yet. I'm overall happy with it though.

It was shipped poorly, small speakers didnt work , and Remote didnt work. I wanted replacement parts was told I had to ship entire unit back had to repack and drive to fedex to drop off. Waste of my time for unit that should of been tested!
