Fantastic tub! The poor quality of the instructions is the only thing that bothered me. The instruction manual is just a collection of photos with no language, and the parts are listed as numbers rather than names. It became challenging to figure out which parts they are talking about.

My wife and I live in Idaho and the temps here are still pretty low (58℉) and I didn't have high expectations for this type of product to begin with, but my wife wanted to experience a spa over the weekend and our indoor tub wasn't our meets the needs of spa in a large space, so I purchased this product. It has a large capacity and requires a large amount of water to be injected, and I guessed that it would heat up very slowly, so I made preparations for heating the day before use, including inflating and cleaning. I also followed the company's recommendations and poured in 77-degree water, then covered it with insulation. Lid...even though it takes a long time to heat up, it works! On the second day the water temperature was as expected and the bubble massage was great!
As for whether it's worth it, my answer is yes. This is a cost-effective option, even though it's cheaper than a real hut tub, but beggar like me shouldn't be picky, hahaha, not to mention that I only spent 1/10 of the money to get a portable 'hot tub', I'd be happy even if I only use it for a year or two!

Relaxing in Idaho - WORTH！

I've had the hot tub for three days and it's been plugged up for three days and has yet to reach the temperature whatsoever. My little boy has been so excited about getting in it and it has yet to get to the temperature. Very upsetting!!

Not good

Although obtaining warranty parts was difficult until I eventually spoke with the right person, we have appreciated it. It took her a few days to get it right, Bestway assistance. The vendor made no effort to assist with the problem. This evening, I'll be wiring up new parts.

It's less expensive than the hard tubs.

After about 25 days of installation and plugged into a grounded GFCI outlet the water gave me a rather strong electrical shock when I put my hand in to test the water.  I hate to imagine what could have happened if I was sticking my leg in and fell into the water.

The hot tub is unsafe.

Company is the hardest and most difficult to deal with.. They are making it very difficult to return.. They will try anything to get you to keep it instead of giving you your money back.. Been arguing with them for a week now and still no results

I only had this spa for about a month I set it up about 2 weeks ago and the spa heater is not working.  I have been emailing them about a replacement or a refund but no one is getting back with me.  Better customer service is needed with this company.  Please honor your products .

Easy to set up. However after 7 days the water is at 94 degrees. It will not heat any higher. Customer service is horrid! Been emailing back and forth and they have not offered any recommendations or resolutions. I've had to file a chargeback with the credit card company.
