This sofa is smaller than expected. The seats are shorter than a normal sofa and the recliner is kind of pointless because the seat doesn't actually recline. The storage is great and the price made it worth it. If I had paid any more than I did it would have gone back. This is a perfect ""for the moment"" sofa.

I haven't had this couch very long yet. Shipping was quick. Assembly was very easy. It is very firm and feels like we will get quite a bit of use out of it. The storage area is a great size. The recliner is ok. I wouldn't really call it a recliner because just the foot rat goes up. There's no really comfortable reclining to it. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Very nice couch

We use this daily in our family room and it's comfortable if you are on the chase or using the recliner seat.  The seats aren't that deep (pay attention to measurements), but it's comfortable unless you are sitting in the middle because you need to sit straight up - no slouching or you will fall out of your seat!  We have had it a few months now and it's holding up well to daily use and a lounge for our cat and small dog.

Not bad for the price

Little narrow on the seating and recliner is short... but it's a small couch. Color was a little lighter then expected.... seems like good quality, easy to put together, and all in all a great couch for the price point... after all it is a small sofa.

Good product for the price

It's really sharp actually, but the recliner is very difficult to open and close. I have to completely get off the couch to close it with my arms. I love the chaise and also use the storage function for extra pillows and blankets. The gray color is more of a taupe that actually goes with everything. I think it's nice. It's quite small and works perfectly for me because I'm only 4'11"".

A decent product for a decent price

Great for my kids game room, but it doesn't look this nice in person and the color isn't as shown. It's a darker grey and not stone-grey as the picture shows. I posted a picture to give a more accurate idea of how it looks.   Assembly is easy, I was able to carry the parts upstairs without much trouble, but I am semi-athletic and 6' tall. I like that this sectional comes with brackets so the sectional doesn't separate like other couches I've bought.   The fabric seems tough, it's not very soft, but seems like it will hold up well with the kids using it daily. I'm optimistic it will last a long time.   The advertised measurements are accurate, we had 90"" of space and this was exactly 89"". Like others have said, the recliner is very short. My 8 year old is tall for her age and she said it's short for her. Definitely not for adults.   Best feature for us is the storage! All the video games, controllers, iPads, toys and other things fit inside the chaise. Keeps the room very easy to clean up.   If you need a great little couch with storage for your kids room, then I recommend this one. 4/5 stars is because the color wasn't as expected. It's still a good couch and works for us.

Good for a small room, or kids room

Nice looking couch for smaller spaces and easy to put together. I should have looked at cushion size and tried it out before purchasing, the depth wasn't deep enough for real comfort. The recliner back didn't seem to recline either. I did like the storage space in that it is easy to get to.

Look at measurements and try that size out before buying.

I would give this couch negative stars if it would allow me to do so. I'm hardly 5 feet tall and this couch isn't big enough for me to fit on. When you sit in it there isn't even a headrest. The arm rest are also tiny. It's entirely overpriced for what you get. I tried canceling my order they kept telling me to wait 48 hours and contact them again. Well...I finally get both shipments of my couch and finally get in contact with Hayneedle which is who you actually buy the couch from. They told me I have to pay $80 to return to couch. Then once they get it I would get a credit for $729 when I paid $866 for the couch. I'm not even mentioning how long I had to wait for my shipment. I only had part of a couch in my living room for a while. Definitely wouldn't recommend. You can get something better for your money.

Spend your money on another product.

I ordered this couch from Hayneedle, and it arrived defective. The chaise inputs don't line up with the corresponding inputs on the main couch, so you can't connect them. The chaise arm also won't attach.  I initiated a return with Hayneedle, and that's when the real nightmare began. The refuse to issue a refund until the couch is picked up, but--and here comes the fun part--they won't ever have it picked up. Every day it's ""we promise, it will get picked up today."" But it never does. I've had to initiate a dispute with AMEX, which will take 6-8 weeks to resolve. Meanwhile, Hayneedle has stopped responding to me.  Do yourself a huge, MASSIVE favor, and don't do business with this company. This couch is awful (it really is, I tried sitting on it and it is super stiff), but if you really want to buy it anyway, do so from any of the hundreds of other online outlets that sell it. Because Hayneedle is a scam company, and you really don't want to find yourself at the merce of its customer service team.
