I bought 2 of this sofas, because my apt living room is small. Each one came in a box, very easy to put together. I recommend this product to anyone. Price, material and easiness are the best. It came with 2 pillows for each sofa.

I didn't expect too much when I bought this couch from Walmart online, but it was delivered promptly and was amazingly easy to assemble. It is made by Serta, and it is firm yet comfortable and very attractive. Exceeded my expectations by a mile!

Amazing value

It's just fine for the price, a bit smaller then a full size sofa but cute and confortable. This sofa is a keeper.

73" Sofa

Not the most comfortable couch, but for less than $350, it's budget friendly. Size 73" is really hard to find around this price range, so there weren't too many options. Easy to assemble. Sits kind of stiff, but it's more of a display couch than sitting for us.

Good style, okay comfort

I was a bit disappointed with the height of this sofa. I feel that the legs need to be at least 2 inches higher and I'm a short woman at 5 ft 2 in. The assembly was pretty simple although I had difficulty with one of the backs fitting into the groove correctly. After getting a flashlight and looking into where it needed to go I noticed that the groove had gotten pinched somehow and I had to pry it open which made it slide in with ease. If you're looking for a small sofa for a smaller space than this would work well.

Small and compact

The cushions were compressed and misshapen. I sent an email for support but no one responded. It’s comfortable and has nice material but doesn’t look as inviting. The cushion come without the covers on and couch legs are not installed either.This may be typical but I was not aware

Misshaped

This came in a  2 1/2  foot x 3 foot x 21/2 foot box . Cushions were missing , as was hardware. One cushion received was dirty . Sits low to the ground . Hard center where 2 pieces connect won't be a problem until the cushions wear out . Not much better than a futon . Nice fabric though , pricing depends on how well that color sells, so I got  dark brown and I love the color . Polyester velor feel . So far the cats haven't been able to damage the fabric - so that is a plus. Overall I should have bought better quality from the  furniture stores. You get what you pay for .

cheap, missing stuff ,  too low, won't last

ver dissappointed with the processing of the order.  It froze at "processing",  and I had to make the call, no one reached out to me, nor did I receive an excuse or an apology.  I had to re-order the item, and was charged twice.   I again had to reach out, and I have yet to receive my refund after one month.  The stitching is awful, there is overlap stitching in an area that cannot be hidden. 
And, because it's on the front of the cushion, there's no flipping it over,  because the underside is black, and the back has a zipper.   What an awful design, the foam in the seat cushion is so bulky it doesn't even line up with the seams on the  cushion and looks like it doesn't belong there.  The cushions on the back look like a cheap pillow was stuffed in it.  The seats keep sliding in and out, and you have to constantly rearrange them.  I am so dissappointed with this item. I don't think I will ever order, nor purchase any RTA furniture, again. How can I return it? I threw out the gigantic box in a dumpster. I'm calling CS in the morning.  My holidays were ruined by this experience!

The couch was hard and the cushion was ripped!

I want to return it not happy with the workmanship several areas poorly made I want a refund as soon as possible
