Absolutely in love with this Serta convertible (futon)! There couldve been more color options but overall the color doesnt make it more comfortable so I am highly happy with this purchase. Easy and quick to assemble, and its COMFY!!!! Definitely a win with the kids as it has built in plugs!  Highly recommend this one!

Just love it!

we recieved it but when we opened the box to put it together the bottom of the futon was ripped. We are going to keep it but I thought I would let you know. maybe we could get a little money back on it since it was damaged.

For $277 I wasn't expecting much from this. This futon well exceeds all expectations. The quality of the fabric is nice and the padding is firm. The legs are sturdy and have a chrome finish. I'd seen a lot of reviews about missing hardware, and I wonder if they didn't know where to look. It was all stored in boxes inside of the couch. It has a zipper underneath with a strap that holds things in. You probably could store light items inside the couch as well as in the drawers. 

The fabric seems to be twill, it does look a bit different than pictured due to the lighting and background of the photo, but would work well for a young adult. It probably won't hold against animals or children. 

Drawers seem to be made of compressed chipboard, but are of decent quality and density of the compression. As long as you follow the step by step instructions on the drawers it will be easy-moderate to put together. All of the instructions are diagramed. 

The only issue I had was 3 wheels were rusted on the drawers, but seems to be warehouse damage, not shipping. Those would be simple to replace if taken to hardware store and found exact size. They come off with a Phillips screwdriver. 

Time of shipment was prompt and ahead of schedule. Box was mostly in tact aside from one corner. This is heavy, net weight is 105lbs. You will need two people to carry and place. 

Overall I am very happy with this purchase, would buy again.

Well worth the cost

On Sunday, August 26, he moved the futon to clean and its leg bent.
On Monday the 27th, I called Walmart and they gave me 3 solutions.
1.- change the producer for another equal, (but there was no longer stock).
2.- Make a 10% refund, so that I could send the leg to be fixed.
3.- Return the money.
Obviously, I opted for 3, since I don't want to risk it, that in a not too distant time. another leg bends and nothing can be done.

Twist the anckle

Its nice but we received it and the bottom portion was ripped. Too much of a hassle to return. The drawers aren't actually connected to the futon. They just slide underneath. The packaging wasn't great because the drawers and feet were stored in the bottom with a zipper but thats how it ripped apart.
