Bought 4 years ago first summer as a retiree and needed help putting it up but ran perfectly,I used original ladder at first next built small deck around it, I did purchance a stronger vacuum,come on what they sent you took forever.  This is last year so I'll be buying a new one,round top leaks and it doesn't stand up as tall ,but I really got my ,only out of it and I take it down every year and store in my garage now I need to buy another pool but I'm sticking with summerwaves should I get same style or go round help

We are still filling up the pool and know we will enjoy it. The disappointment is the lack of clear directions. We almost missed a critical step....no directions, just a picture we saw. No manual for the filter pump or assembling the ladder, they had to be downloaded.

Pool good....directions terrible.

Not real happy first year was last year was great but got it out to put up this year holes all over the side seams was excited to put up even though we had to wait tell middle of July due to weather but leaks bad this summer. Liner was stored rapped in a thick tarp and a bag.  Hole in the ring so one year is all I got out of it. To many leaks to fix and seems also leak.
Will look for a better one for next year but no pool this year.

Only a summer

Bought summer of â16 had less than 2 months before the legs buckled and broke. Its a nice size pool for the money but we ended up having to spend $300 to replace the legs that broke only yo have the other size buckle and break 2 says later. After that the sides startes leaking! Would NOT RECOMMEND very poorly built

We purchased this pool with High hopes. Pool itself was not bad at all. The filter, on the other hand, is certainly not big enough to keep up with the pool size. Not only that, but the (my) filter leaks, non-stop! Everything was done according to the manual. Eventually came down to contacting Summer Waves and their customer service is HORRENDOUS! After an hour and a half on the phone and being made to feel like the issue with their leaky filter was MY fault, they decided to send a new gasket (2-3 weeks out!) But, only after I sent them EVERY SINGLE document to prove my purchase... SO, in the heart of Florida, in the dead of July heat, my pool was useless.  It was always  leaking and green (Yes I kept up with all PH Levels and Chlorine, etc). I finally just returned the pool to Wal-Mart. I would NEVER purchase another Summer Waves Product nor deal with their customer service. I do not recommend them.

Highly Disappointed....

The box it came in was destroyed.  The ring of the pool had a hole in it.  After patching it we couldn't get it to fill properly.  The one end kept closing in.  We still have no pool up.  Definitely not an easy set up like advertised.

Filter hose split after one year.  Cannot find a proper replacement of filter hose. Have to either buy another complete filter set-up, or take the pool down.
