No, this unit doesn't have a pinch zoom feature.

It&#39;s a different type than I have seen before and pretty sure your old one will not work (and if it was the circular type, then definitely not). But it DOES come with a windshield mount (and a pad for mounting on the dashboard if preferred) so you won&#39;t need the old one.   I found the old circular type easier to get on/off than the  type that comes with this unit.  If you are the type that removes it nightly, you may not like this one.

What type of windshield mount does this use?  Will the one from my XXL work with this?

Price

This GPS connects to the satellite immediately.   It also has lifetime maps and shows you nearby restaurants etc.  IT does not have an on/off switch which I thought was going to be a problem at first but, I just unplug it when I want to shut it off.  IT's an amazing deal. Buy this. You won't be sorry.

Amazing buy!

This GPS replaced an older TomTom version I owned.  While I have only had it a couple of weeks, so far I am verry happy with it.  Easy to use right out of the box and better features than the older version. At $89, I think it is a steal and would recommend to anyone.  Note that it does come with a windshield mount (as well as a pad for mounting on the dashboard).

Much better than my last one. Brings up roads keyed in previously as suggestions after you enter two or three letters of the name of the road

This is a replacement to a previous TOMTOM that gave it's all after about 8 years+.

This was a BARGAIN and it works FANTASTIC!  

Will be purchasing another!  The large screen is amazing!  One is for the work truck and another one is for car travels.

I have just purchased this  GPS on line from WalMart.   I haven't used it much yet but what I have it works great. I liked that you could change voices since wear hearing aids the computerized voice hard for me to understand.  The size is great and easy to read.  I will be driving from Illinois to Texas in November and so far it will serve its purpose.  Wish directions were a little more in depth, telling what each icon does and  Quick points on how to get around faster. The price was good.

Display a little dated but does the job. Found a feature didn't know about...some light signals have radar and the TomTom beeped and displayed icon. Unexpected feature.

Great item for price

The box says Life time traffic updates...but you need a special cord that IS NOT provided. Cord is about $25 on amazon if its the right one. Tom Tom will NOT make good on their claim on the box or the advertisement. I am VERY UPSET. I feel like I GOT SCREWED and Tom Tom does not care to make good on their claim. I have been a 4 time Tom Tom customer...this is THE LAST.

DOES NOT DO TRAFIC UPDATE LIKE ADVERTISED

I don't know what the deal is, but we used this 7 times, and 7 times we got wrong directions.  TOTALLY off!  Like, turning us left when it should be right and taking us down dirt roads.  You name it, it was crazy.  If we had not had an idea where we were going, we would have ended up not just in the wrong city, but the wrong state.  I hate this device, and do not even use it.  If you try to download the APP for your computer, it will infect your computer with viruses like crazy!!  Kaspersky won't even let me download it now because of the viruses attached.  DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!  

P.S.  After the 7 wrong directions, I tried it again just to be sure.  Same result.  Can't even get us out of town.

Wish I could return!  I HATE THIS device.
