This bench is sturdy and easy to assemble,the instructions were easy to follow,takes about an hour to assemble.I'm 65, 5'8" and weight about 299,its of adequate length for my frame,supportive of my weight and the weights used with room for more.I've owned several weight benches over the years and this is the best.

Easy and adequate.

it It took a little over an hour to assemble. The parts you lay on are very hard. The shoulder pieces are way too short to use them properly, and I'm only 5'9", so my arms aren't super long. I do like the handle on the leg part. It's useful.  Decent bench overall.

The bench it self is good. If you want to work-out your legs it does not have that option for weights. This is not a professional one would not get if you are using heavier weights. It's a great beginner though.

It's ok

Things to consider:
*The bar supports are closer than what the picture makes it seem. I am gripping the bar right at the support. 
*There are no Olympic size sleeves for the chest flys or leg extension. It is for standard weights. 
*Folding it up is easy and it does save space.
*I suggest buying nylon washers for where the metal meets on the moving parts so it is not metal in metal.
*Packaging was a manageable size and it was easy to assemble.
*This is an ideal home bench that is budget friendly.

i ordered some weight benches but returned them. they received my items over 15 days ago. i reached out to them, and they said they would issue my refund. this was 3 days ago. I've still yet to receive my almost $400 refund. Would not advise with such slow customer service.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

I don't care for the position of the adjustable back to the bench because it does not line up the position of the weight bar to do incline bench presses.  I have been attempted 3 times to contact the merchant  to receive a return label but have not received it yet

Dissatisfied with the response

This is not as it appears. Plastic arms for weight bar?!?! No range of motion on apparatuses. All extensions are 1” 

Poor cheap quality. Do not purchase.

Returning!

This equipment is suitable for people who are 5' tall and under. I'm  5' 11" and none of these exercises on this machine work for me. I was especially disappointed that the incline top position didn't allowed the "W" Bracket frame, attached to the underside of the long seat, to sit properly on the angle control bar "H"which is supporting most of the weights, (see enclosed picture)

Too Small

The barbell rack arms are placed exactly where you would grip the barbell. So you either have to grip the barbell too close or way too wide.  Why wouldn't they place the arms closer together?  Waste of money

Barbell Rack Arm Problem

I am upset with the fact that the add was incorrect. It leads you to believe you are getting 600 pounds of weights. Box arrived trashed so won't be an easy return. So I guess my son has a workout bench without weights. Take the picture down. Reword the add, both are very misleading.
