I tried using books to prop up the outer edges but I wouldn&#39;t recommend it. It did not operate anywhere near as smoothly as it had before with the default incline.

No, sadly. You have to keep your arms on the handlebars at all times as you need your upper body for extra leverage to keep it moving. As soon as you take your arms off of it, it becomes very, very jerky to try and operate. At that point, it may move but only in short bursts and jerks, not at a steady pace.

I put some wood blocks under the back feet. I used a 2x2 wood block about 4 inches long under each foot..

Someone mentioned adding &quot;legs&quot; to decrease the incline.  I would like to do this as well.  Does anyone know what I would use to do this?

The weight would make the treadmill on a low incline almost impossible to turn the belt and at a high incline to go very fast.  The weight probably wouldn't hurt the machine but he would find it very difficult to use.

I am over the weight limit and it works fine.  I will say it&#39;s really steep for a beginner so I would build a sturdy base to decrease the incline.  But as for being over the weight limit, it&#39;s fine.

I know that for safety issues there is a limit on the weight  but if someone  who is over the limit use the treadmill, can it hold him?

they should drive all the way in we have a coating that make the screw more secure as if going in and really drive the screw in and it should go all the way.

Yes the screws are quite tight as they should be. Use a longer screwdriver or one with a bigger handle. Once they are started they go in all the way.

I am having trouble getting the screws to go all the way in at any point where screws are required. They go in for about two turns of the screw driver
