Because it can be used for mulching, there is a lift effect from the blade but this is not designed as a vacuum.

does this mower have good vacuum or suction to pick up grass and pine needles from sidewalks and driveways

I cannot comment on the Walmart ad but there might be a misprint in it. The WG719 is an electric model and does not have a battery.

I am confused the ad says Removable/detachable battery. Yet the description says there is no battery. Please explain.

Purchased this a month ago. Powerful enough to cut dense grass very well. The cantilevered front wheels are a surprising effective feature. Wish the bag were bigger but not a significant issue.

After reviewing multiple lawnmowers we finally decided upon this one. Im a veteran with bad shoulder and my partner is a cancer survivor who cannot tolerate heat or heavy physical activity. The old lawnmower we had was hard to start and messy to deal with maintenance wise. We have a medium sized yard with a mix of thick clover and grass. This lawnmower was perfect! It was light enough for either of us to push and easy to start. The cord took a min to get use to but I ended up kinda tying it around me out of the way. I haven't used the mulch feature but it was just what we needed for mowing the lawn. Easy to clean. Only complaint I guess is sometimes the bag was a bit difficult to remove.

Perfect for us!

I bought this mower cause I was tired of gas mowers. I have owed Worx products for a long time. The price was right, the reviews where good, so I bought it. Tried it for the first time, was so easy plug it in and go. It cut the lawn clean and mulched well. I really like the front caster wheels so easy to turn with.

My first electric mower

I bought this a few weeks ago because I had just about everything except the WORXS lawnmower. I have 2 weed eaters, one blower, one saw with the extender pole, the screwdriver and driller set. I love these products I get the best value and these work so hard for me - I put them through the mill and they last - I would not have any other brand than WORXS!! Ease at my age is why I buy this product oh except durability - I guess I could just go on and on with these products!!

Easy breezy no trouble!

I purchased the mower about a month ago, it has been the best spent money for lawn care. Mows with ease, cuts the grass evenly first time through. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.

Make no mistake I would by this again in a heartbeat. It has all the power you could want, it's light, and starts everytime no prob. The steel mowing deck provides ruggedness to it to handle an occasional rough scrap or rock. The mower blade is good but could be more robust. My only grip with this purchase is that the retention spring for the back wheel height adjustment was broken upon arrival. A small issue but I didn't realize it was missing until i was mowing and the entire deck dropped onto a low lying rock. I feel like a bit of quality control would have caught this at the production line and fixed it. But other than that couldn't be happier with the item.

Wonderful Machine just needs some QC

I love this mower. So easy to maneuver. The only problem I'll have with it is me to watch out for the cord. Lol I love that it's so easy to go around all my obstacles. Would definitely recommend if you like electric.

Great lawnmower!

I only used it once to mow my front- and backyard.
The overall impression is good. Powerful, steel parts, rubberized wheels.

Cons: 
the only noticeable one is distance of the front wheels from the blade, hence the 4 stars. If you look at many leading brands (Black Decker or Sun Joe) they try to put front wheels as close to the blade housing so that you can cut close to the obstacles (fence etc). This guy has those tall long arcs that hold wheels. This makes this Worx mower hard to maneuver in corners of your backyard if you have fece. 
One more minor con: you need to adjust height 3 times: one for body and once for each wheel.

Seems solid but hard to turn in corners

Let me begin by saying I am a middle age woman. I was tired of yanking cords to power up gas. Too many pulls. Gas is loud. Tired of finding out I didn't have a gas in the portable storage tank for filling all the gas tools. Gas is more powerful but this lawnmower is great. It stops immediately, is less noisy, good maneuverability. And always ready when I am ready to mow. The only issue I have is the electric cord and trying not to run over it. Lol. My son tried it and he too was impressed, other than getting used to the electric cord. lol. But hey, if that is the only problem big deal, we will eventually adjust to going from gas to electric cord. I love everything about it so far. I personally used it three times so far. Super easy. I am on flat ground no hills. I have hard grass and weeds and this lawnmower works. My husband might want to buy other products from worx when his tools break and need to be replaced.

Out of the box, the rear wheel cutting height adjustment handle fell off in my hand when I tried to raise the rear wheels!!! Thus, I couldn't use the mower at all because the front wheels were elevated and back wheels were on the lowest level. Don't know how to get it back on without taking the rear left wheel off where handle is to go. There are NO directions as to how to fix this problem. Not happy. Can't find repair store anywhere near me. I've never even used this mower. It arrived 11-15-2015 and broken 5 minutes later.
