Bought these as the airport destroyed my last set. I really like to buy ones that stand out more and this shade of pink is really bright. I love how one side of the suit case has a full zipper enclosure as it helps close the suit case without losing everything on one side. My son loves how the locks are built into the suit case and are TSA approved. My dislikes are how suitcases have been around a long time and they haven’t figured out how to keep the paint from chipping, scratching, or coming off. After 1 non-stop trip, just getting to our destination, our cases are already damaged on the outside. I don’t understand how they haven’t found out a way to fix this issue.

Nice concept for suitcase, need better paint!

Suitcases feel very cheap, upon opening the box I noticed the wheels looked as if they've been on pavement already and don't feel very sturdy. . The 2 screws on the bottom were already rusted. Also very strong smell. Hopefully that goes away.  You can tell they won't handle being thrown around.

I purchased this set for a family vacation flying to Florida. When I went to airport carousel to grab our suitcases when we arrived in Florida the largest 28” was missing 1 of its wheels. First use for a vacation and the wheel falls off???? Now I have to figure out how to repair the suitcase for our next vacation in May. If anyone has a suggestion I'm open to ideas.

Disappointing quality

Bought for my trip to California on 3/8/24 got to California and big one was shattered had to borrow my bothers for the way n back and the medium when I got back the middle one was cracked and wheel missing not sure if I can get my money back I don't have pics of the big one it was cracked open u could see my clothes I had to get rid of it and put my clothes in another case

2 out of 3 broke

do not waste your money on these suitcases.  They were awful.  Cheap zippers made them impossible to pack.  been trying to return for refund since October after i first tried to use them.  Zimtown demanded pictures.  So i had to reload suitcases to make zippers split.  That took a lot of time.  Sent pictures and nothing.  They never responded .  They just ignored me.  Am working with Walmart online now trying to get help.  Horrible customer service.
