The luggage is nice, but none of the locks work

bad locks

One reason I went with these instead of a different set is because the smallest was supposed to be 18”. When opened I knew right away it was smaller. The picture I provided shows it's 2” smaller then advertised in the website picture. This upsets me a little because I picked this one based on that and wanted my boys to have pretty similar in size suit cases and 2” is pretty significant difference. They are nice and roll smoothly otherwise but again I may have purchased a different set if it hadn't been for the advertised product pictures on the website. Buyer beware.

Nice but not as advertised

One of the wheel assemblies on the tiny suitcase was broken off on our very first flight with this luggage. The broken piece did not come around the track with our two pieces of luggage. As much luggage and as many trips as we have taken, this has never happened before. We were so disappointed as we really like the set.

Tiny suitcase threw a shoe.

Not expandable as described and the wheels do not work well. The plastic made, but very heavy. Disappointed. That's you can get for $100

One of the luggage's zipper came defective and I had to return them. I am so disappointed cause the set looks so cute.

I dislike the fact it was 4 inside one another %26 the 3 one was damaged.. Basically it was packed damaged no box damage but process damage..

I received these suitcase damage.

Did not receive my item I bought. It was supposed to be a 4 piece luggage set but they gave me the 3 piece luggage set. Very disappointed!!!

Disappointed

Received with the handle on the largest piece loose, the rivet was not properly installed. Repaired that myself when given a credit from the manufacturer. Used the luggage for a trip, wheels did not roll properly on either piece that was used. Also zippers on all 4 pieces would not zip properly even when empty!

Horrible…Do Not Buy!

This is junk! Feels flimsy! Luggage arrived cracked and bent. The box is damaged and there was no packing materials or anything to protect the luggage because they do not care about what type of condition you receive the item.

Absolute JUNK !

I used the largest piece of this set for a trip to Mexico.  The interior zipper broke while there and then when my bag came out at baggage claim the exterior zipper had broken as well and all of my items were spilling out of the suitcase.  I had to use a cart to get it to the curb and ask for tape to try and close it so i wouldn't be spilling private clothing items through the airport.  I lost a gift I bought my husband because of it, it must have fallen out of the bag from the airplane to the green bin they had to throw it in.
